With a commitment to social and ecological responsibility, our client has upheld a reputation for environmental leadership, delivering a comprehensive range of eco-friendly promotional items. Oversee screen printing and transfer production, including job setup, teardown, and cleaning.
Use Adobe Illustrator for artwork preparation and adjustments.
Manage a team of 7 employees, ensuring smooth production flow and quality control.
Plan and manage production schedules to meet daily targets.
Order production materials and parts as needed.
Lead floor operations and maintain high performance in a fast-paced environment.
10 years of experience in screen printing, transfer production
~Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and production scheduling.
