In this role, you will lead onboarding for a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from mid-market to large enterprises. Your focus will include configuring client environments and delivering tailored training sessions, whether virtually or in-person. Building strong relationships with client administrators and stakeholders is essential to optimize the implementation process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead onboarding and implementation projects smoothly
- Deliver virtual/in-person training tailored to clients
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders during onboarding
- Configure client environments and user setups
- Support data migration from previous systems
Requirements:
- 5+ years in Customer Success or Software Implementation
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms and technology products
- Proven experience managing multiple client projects
- Strong technical aptitude and quick learning ability
- Experience onboarding mid-market and enterprise clients
