Key Responsibilities
• Lead onboarding and implementation projects smoothly
• Deliver virtual/in-person training tailored to clients
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders during onboarding
• Configure client environments and user setups
• Support data migration from previous systems
Requirements:
• 5+ years in Customer Success or Software Implementation
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms and technology products
• Proven experience managing multiple client projects
• Strong technical aptitude and quick learning ability
• Experience onboarding mid-market and enterprise clients Drive exceptional client experiences and ensure long-term success with BIS Safety Software.
