Executive Assistant to the President, you will be primarily responsible for maximizes the President's time and promoting a positive company image. Through your duties as a liaison, you will maintain relationships between the president, her executives and his employees. Additionally, you will keep company departments informed of important changes and internal company details in a regular corporate newsletter. Executive Assistant to the President Job Responsibilities Professionally represent the company president when greeting guests, organizing company events, reviewing correspondence and responding to inquiries made to the president. Manage Diaries and appointments Offer excellent writing skills Offer key guidance regarding historical precedent to executives. Develop itineraries and agendas. Complete special projects as assigned by president. May include creative problem solving, progress oversight, working with multiple company departments and extensive company research. Actively seek to improve professional skill set and capabilities through active engagement in industry status, partaking in educational opportunities and membership in relevant professional organizations. Maintain effective daily operations and make suggestions for process improvements when necessary.
