The role We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager to drive the development and execution of marketing tactics targeting healthcare professionals (HCPs) and consumers. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, as Product Manager you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Canadian commercial team by delivering impactful campaigns and driving brand growth through measurable and innovative omnichannel initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a hands-on approach, creativity, and adaptability. This role demands strong collaboration, analytical and organization skills. Your responsibility HCP campaigns, marketing material and programs management (sublingual immunotherapy portfolio (40%): Adapt global HCP-targeted print materials that align to the brand strategy and local regulations in collaboration with external agencies and internal stakeholders. When needed, be comfortable making minor copy and/or design adjustments to marketing materials in house. Plan and execute digital HCP journeys and omnichannel campaigns, leveraging insights to optimize engagement. Ensure proper implementation and continuous tracking of analytics and KPIs in alignment with local and global commercial team objectives, leveraging analytics tools and collaborative workflows. Seek and manage feedback from sales, medical and public affairs colleagues to the materials, and act as the bridge between cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment of goals, timelines, and deliverables. Oversee and manage approval workflows for all HCP materials and campaigns, ensuring regulatory compliance and timeliness. Drive Accredited HCP Program Management, ensuring effective partnerships, processes and measurement. Consumer campaigns, materials and programs management (sublingual immunotherapy portfolio) (40%): Develop tactics and strategies for patient engagement (unbranded) in collaboration with the global klarify team. Create and/or adapt engaging patient education materials, campaigns and tools tailored for deployment across digital platforms. Manage the klarify website and campaigns, including their monitoring and analysis. Establish and monitor analytics and KPI frameworks, ensuring proper implementation and continuous tracking in alignment with local and global commercial team objectives, leveraging. Patient education materials (20%): Own the materials development, approval, and distribution processes. Handle and develop key vendor/agency relationships to enable the delivery of optimal print materials for patient education. Seek and manage feedback from sales and public affairs colleagues to the materials, and act as the bridge between cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment of goals, timelines, and deliverables. When needed, be comfortable making minor copy and/or design adjustments to marketing materials in house. Your profile Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in marketing and/or digital marketing. Digital marketing experience required, including proficiency with related analytics tools. Experience with HCP and/or consumer marketing in healthcare required. Skills and Competencies: Hands-on approach with the ability to manage projects end-to-end. Proven track record of managing omnichannel campaigns and related analytics tools. Creative problem-solving and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative solutions. Excellent collaboration skills with internal teams and external partners. Understanding of PAAB regulations and compliance processes. Basic graphic design skills a plus. Additional Preferred Attributes: Analytical and focused on optimizing outcomes. Resourceful, adaptable, and highly organized, with a proactive attitude. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
