What You'll Do:Collaborate with Sales teams to understand customer goals and build tailored service proposalsPrepare new and renewal service proposals based on customer requirements in a timely manner.Follow up on service proposals with a strong focus on closing orders and securing customer commitment.Review customer purchase orders, confirm service dates, generate service contracts, and coordinate handover to the Service Coordination team for execution.Manage the full lifecycle of service contract renewals, ensuring continuity, customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to expand scope and value.
