We’re looking for a Service Contract Consultant to join their Canadian team If you're passionate about customer success, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love turning business needs into actionable solutions — this could be the perfect fit. 💼 What You’ll Do: Collaborate with Sales teams to understand customer goals and build tailored service proposals Prepare new and renewal service proposals based on customer requirements in a timely manner. Follow up on service proposals with a strong focus on closing orders and securing customer commitment. Review customer purchase orders, confirm service dates, generate service contracts, and coordinate handover to the Service Coordination team for execution. Manage the full lifecycle of service contract renewals, ensuring continuity, customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to expand scope and value. 🎯 What We’re Looking For: Post-secondary education is preferred in either Business or Technical fields like instrumentation, automation, electronics or engineering Minimum 5 years of Business 2 Business experience in Sales and/or Customer Service Intermediate computer processing skills, including SharePoint, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills Aspiration to sales in order to expand customer inquiries Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset 🌱 Why Join Us?
