Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with proven ability to articulate complex financial and technical information clearly. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data validation techniques. Foundational knowledge of relational data concepts (e.g., tables, fields, primary/foreign keys, joins, and lookup/reference tables). Experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance industry is an asset.
