This job is posted as part of our seasonal hiring for Spring/Summer, 2026, it will be a full time seasonal role. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIESContribute to the ongoing maintenance of Lake Minnewanka Cruise while maintaining high quality standardsPerform regular maintenance checks as assignedMaintain the upkeep of all buildings, grounds, small boat fleet, and docksComplete basic repairs and assist Managers with major repairsEncourage and participate in safe work practicesAssist other departments as requiredInteract with coworkers, management, and guestsProvide visitors with a high-quality experience, ensuring a high level of customer service is given to each guestReport to the Maintenance Manager and complete all projects and tasks as assignedOperate basic hand, power toolsOperate fleet vehicles and trailersREQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONSPrior maintenance experience an assetPrevious trade experience an asset with a preference to basic carpentry and mechanical experienceCurrent Alberta Driver's LicenseSelf-starter who is able to work independently with minimal supervisionCompetent in spoken & written EnglishProven ability to work within strict policy/procedures and guidelinesFirst Aid Training an assetAble to lift up to 20lbs (frequently) up to 100lbs (occasionally)To honour our commitment to be "Always Honest" all employees must consent to a criminal record checkThe starting wage for this role is $24.00/hourAbout Us:We're more than a hospitality and attractions company.
