An established organization is seeking a talented Business Analyst (Anaplan) to join their Enterprise Applications team and support the ongoing expansion of Anaplan across the business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, partnering with stakeholders, and helping shape a modern analytics and planning ecosystem. You'll be central to a multi-year Anaplan roadmap - supporting model builds, integrations, enhancements, and continuous improvement. You'll play a key part in evolving analytics capabilities, improving planning processes, and ensuring the business gets insights faster and more effectively. Responsibilities Collaborate with teams across FP&A, HR, Portfolio/Operations, and external partners to progress a multi-year Anaplan roadmap. Build new Anaplan models and support the rollout of future roadmap phases. Work closely with integration teams to refine and manage system connections and data flows. Lead enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives for existing models, prioritising requests based on roadmap goals. Engage with stakeholders to gather business, financial, and operational requirements. Document business processes, rules, and technical specifications to support system design and redesign. Analyse current workflows to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and better use of enterprise applications. Contribute to business cases, ROI analysis, and project documentation. Support system implementation activities, including testing, validation, and change management. Create, execute, and document test scripts to ensure quality and accuracy of system changes. Provide daily support to system users, helping troubleshoot and resolve issues. Qualifications Minimum 2 years' experience as a Business Analyst; a background in finance, accounting, or real estate is an asset. Experience working with CPM/EPM systems is required. Experience with Anaplan preferred, however strong experience in OneStream, SAP is considered. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills within CPM environments. Anaplan Level 1/2/3 certifications are an advantage. Experience in complex, global business environments is beneficial. Proficiency with ERPs, CPMs, BI/visualisation tools, analytical platforms, and MS Office.
