Administrative IT Support Specialist (Contract) Location: 100% Remote - Canada Wide Only Hours: 7.5 per day Travel: None About the Role We're looking for an Administrative IT Support Specialist to join a dynamic team of 30 professionals across five groups. This role provides essential admin support and plays a key part in ensuring smooth operations and project success. Key Responsibilities Analyze, document, and validate business requirements through interviews, workflow analysis, and documentation review. Create process flows for current and proposed workflows and data flows. Prepare use cases, define test plans, and develop test cases. Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, translating requirements effectively. Communicate with project managers, subject matter experts, and end users. Support multiple projects simultaneously with varying complexity and impact. Suggest work packages and help prioritize solutions within scope. Must-Have Skills Hands-on Salesforce user experience Proficiency with Monday.com and Google Workspace Nice-to-Have Skills Process documentation expertise Project management experience Ability to build engaging presentations Bilingual (French/English)
