To pursue its development, G Mining is looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to fill the position of: Talent Acquisition Advisor Summary of responsibilities Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Advisor manages the entire recruitment process, supports managers in identifying needs and implements effective attraction strategies. He/she ensures rigorous selection and quality candidate experience while contributing to employer brand initiatives: Core Responsibilities Work with managers to clearly define staffing needs and desired profiles. Develop and implement suitable attraction strategies (job platforms, social media, networking, references). Manage the entire recruitment cycle: posting, screening of applications, interviews, assessments, reference checks and job postings. Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the process. Maintain data and tracking in the application management system (ATS). Support the onboarding of new employees upon arrival. Contribute to employer brand initiatives and recruitment marketing. Monitor recruitment performance indicators and propose improvements. Develop and maintain a talent pool for current and future needs. Qualifications Three (3) to five (5) or more years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a technical, industrial or growing environment. Ability to communicate in both English and French; Spanish and/or Portuguese is an asset. Excellent knowledge of the full recruitment cycle and attraction strategies. Ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously in a rapidly changing environment. Client oriented, collaborative and able to build trusting relationships. Experience with ATS systems and recruitment data analysis. Strong organizational skills, autonomy and rigour. Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic, multi-site environment. Comfortable working in a multicultural and multilingual environment. Additional information The position will be based at the G Mining Services office in Brossard, in the Quartier Solar area. In order to facilitate communication and exchanges, we favor face-to-face meetings. On-site parking is free of charge. The office is within walking distance of the REM station "Du Quartier" (Dix30).
