**Job Description**:
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Director, the **Talent Acquisition Manager** at AIM will lead the talent acquisition function for the Greater Montreal Area.
**What you're responsible for**:
- Leading, coaching and mentoring a team of 5 to 7 TA professionals. You will help to develop each team member's unique skillset by establishing and monitoring clear objectives and metrics for the overall success of them.
- Leading and overseeing AIM's talent acquisition strategies and operations at a national level. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Leadership team to build, maintain and continuously improve our TA processes, tools, resources and training.
- Establishing a strong partnership with the HR community, the business leaders and external partners.
- Developing sourcing, pipelining approaches and community management to support a proactive talent acquisition function including implementing succession and workforce planning.
- Bringing insights and trends through various data points to influence, educate and guide AIM's Leadership team.
- Analyzing and compiling TA data and promoting the TA dashboard to monitoring, review and communicate our TA activities to various stakeholders.
- Developing and partnering with external vendors such as: Recruitment firms, job boards, aggregators, background check providers etc.
**Qualifications**:
**To join our team**:
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or other related field.
- Bilingual French and English mandatory.
- Three to Five years of experience in a Talent Acquisition role preferably in an entrepreneurial company with industrial operations.
- Two to Five years of people management experience.
- Creative and critical thinker.
- Ability to manipulate data, metrics produce, influence decisions & track ROI.
- Significant experience with recruiting software tools.
- Significant experience with all Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Significant experience with online recruiting resources (LinkedIn, Indeed, social network, etc.).
