Required Skill Set The initiative will replace and modernize our Investment Advisor and Associate compensation process capability for Wealth Management Canada with a single new tool. Need to do system analysis and validate current state Create future-state requirement to consolidate all existing systems into one Support the vendor selection process and proof of concept. Well-rounded senior BA. Strong system and impact analysis skills. Excellent leadership skills. Excellent requirements elicitation. Good communication, facilitation, stakeholder management. Strong collaboration with business and operations stakeholders, plus system SMEs.
