Must Have

• Oracle Siebel CRM testing experience is a must
• 5+ years of experience with Siebel technical configuration / development / integration
• 3+ year of development and testing experience of Siebel integration with Adobe AEM , J2EE and etc
• Experience with Siebel IP18 or later versions with a focus on configuring / developing / testing
• Experience with Siebel Tools Software and editing Siebel Web Templates.
• Experience in using Siebel Open UI specific classes and Methods.

Nice Have

• Experience with Siebel modules such as Public Sector CRM, Contracts, Lead, Management, Partner, Public Sector Partner Portal, Campaign Management, Marketing, Resource Manager, and Public Sector eService would be an asset
• Experience with Transfer Payments would be an asset.

Description
Responsibilities

• Translate technical system specifications into working, tested CRM applications
• Develop detailed programming specifications
• Write and/or generate code and compile data-driven programs
• Maintain applications and conduct unit tests
• Resolve and troubleshoot technical problems arising during the use and operation of software packages
• Address technical issues related to CRM systems, integrations, and supporting components

General Skills

• Experience in programming and analysis, including specialized CRM software support at the required experience level
• Ability to collaborate with IT professionals throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience with structured methodologies for application design, development, implementation, and maintenance
• Experience in designing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting applications

Experience And Skill Set Requirements
Siebel Development Skills - 40 %

Note
This position is listed as
"Onsite"
; the resource is expected to work 7.25 hours per calendar day between the standard working hours of 8:00-5:00 PM (excluding lunch breaks) every Monday to Friday inclusive at the identified OPS office location.

• From October 20, 2025, the candidate is required to work onsite 4 days a week and 1 day from home
• From January 5, 2026, the candidate is required to work onsite 5 days a week fully
