Daily Responsibilities

Describe a typical 'day in the life'

Handling and preparing mailouts, batching and scanning of documents. Operate a computer terminal to verify, enter, retrieve, and edit data. Key in paper documents using templates at required speed and accuracy level (UPS). Cross-train in other manual processes (Finalize/Dice). Calling clients and sending emails, carts, generics, cheque verification. Work under minimum supervision.

  • 2+ years related experience required

  • Needs to be bilingual
  • Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information
  • Ability to enter data 7000+ keystrokes per hour
  • Expert user of MS Excel, Access, and Word
  • Completion of a speed and accuracy data entry test
