Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, client-focused Leasing Agent to join our team. This is a commission-based role ideal for individuals with strong interpersonal skills, a passion for real estate, and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment. The Leasing Agent will play a key role in marketing available units, conducting tours, and ensuring prospective tenants receive excellent service throughout the leasing process.

Responsibilities

  • Market and advertise available rental units across online platforms and social channels
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective tenants
  • Schedule and conduct property tours
  • Guide applicants through the leasing process, from initial contact to signed lease
  • Assist in screening applicants and gathering required documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, showings, and leasing activity
  • Collaborate with the property management team to ensure units are show-ready
  • Provide exceptional customer service and uphold Agrasoy's professional standards
  • Meet or exceed monthly leasing targets and performance goals

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in leasing, sales, customer service, or real estate (an asset)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with excellent time-management abilities
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads
  • Comfortable using digital tools, listing platforms, and CRM systems
  • Bilingual (English/French) strongly preferred
  • Valid driver's license and access to transportation (asset but not always required)
