Principales responsabilités et points forts

· Réalisation d'enquêtes téléphoniques sortantes assistées par ordinateur

· Enregistrement précis des réponses dans une base de données informatique

Exigences

· Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français (écrit et parlé)

· Nos cours initiaux de formation à domicile de 3 jours se déroulent dans notre bureau de Montréal. Vous devez donc vivre à Montréal ou à proximité de Montréal.

· Bonnes compétences en communication verbale.

. Compétences en dactylographie et en informatique.

· Nous recherchons des candidats qui peuvent travailler soit un minimum de 3 quarts de travail par semaine (du lundi au dimanche) OU qui peuvent travailler les samedis et dimanches (week-ends)

· Excellentes manières téléphoniques et personnalité téléphonique amicale

. Un téléphone portable ou fixe, pas de frais d'interurbain encourus.

. Internet haute vitesse

. Ordinateur personnel/portable (Windows 7,10/Apple)

Horaire flexible: En semaine : 16h30 à 22h00 ; Fin de semaine : 10h00 à 18h00

Salaire : (Anglais seulement - 16,25 $ / Heure) - (Bilingue - 17,00 $ / Heure)

Job Description

Main responsibilities & highlights

· Conducting outbound telephone computer assisted surveys

· Accurate recording of answers into a computer database

Requirements

· Fluent in English and/or English and French (written and spoken)

· Our initial 3 day work from home training classes are from our Montreal office. So you need to live in Montreal or within commuting distance to Montreal.

· Good verbal communications skills.

. Competent typing and computer skills.

· We are looking for candidates who can work either a minimum of 3* shifts per week (Monday thru Sunday) OR* can work both Saturday and Sunday shifts (weekends)

· Excellent phone manner and friendly telephone personality

. A cell phone or landline, no long-distance charges incurred.

. High speed internet

. Personal computer/laptop (Windows 7,10/Apple)

Flexible Schedule: Weekdays: 4:30pm to 10:00pm; Weekends: 10:00am to 6:00pm

Salary: (English only - $16.25 / Hour) - (Bilingual - $17.00 / Hour)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.25-$17.00 per hour
