This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, curious, and strategic, with a knack for turning messy inputs into clean, actionable systems. You'll work side by side with the Chief of Staff to embed AI across the company operating system, support strategic decision-making, and lead critical internal projects.

You won't just keep the trains running, you'll help redesign the tracks.

Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution Support

• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of the annual company retreat, including budgeting, vendor management, logistics coordination, and onsite support.
• Partner with the Chief of Staff to design agendas that align with and advance the company's strategic priorities.
• Serve as the primary onsite point of contact during retreats, proactively addressing issues and ensuring seamless execution.

Special Projects

• Collaborate with the Chief of Staff and the leadership team to drive high-impact, cross-functional initiatives throughout the year.
• Tackle ambiguous problems, scope new opportunities, and lead initiatives from concept through to execution.
• Act as a trusted project lead on strategic initiatives requiring strong problem-solving skills, stakeholder alignment, and operational excellence.

Operational Infrastructure

• Partner with the Chief of Staff to integrate artificial intelligence into the company's operating system, identifying high-value workflows and processes for automation or augmentation.
• Support the Chief of Staff in developing a comprehensive playbook for embedding AI across the organization, including frameworks, guidelines, and best practices to ensure effective and responsible adoption.
• Design and implement the infrastructure required to scale AI initiatives, enabling consistent deployment across departments.
• Pilot, implement, and scale AI tools to improve operational efficiency, communication, and decision-making.

Performance Tracking

• Build and maintain a comprehensive dashboard of operational KPIs to track organizational performance and inform decision-making.
• Continuously refine reporting mechanisms to provide leadership with clear, actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in business operations, project management, management consulting or similar strategic/operational role
• Strong analytical and communications skills able to turn data and inputs into clear narratives
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• High emotional intelligence, discretion, and professionalism.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
• Experience supporting C-suite executives is strongly preferred.
