Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of the financing process, ensuring seamless transactions and maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Provide tailored financing solutions to meet customer needs and enhance dealership profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders, ensuring competitive rates and terms for clients.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Management to ensure alignment with dealership goals and efficient operations.
  • Mentor and guide a team of junior finance associates to elevate department performance.

  • A proven track record of consistently exceeding monthly sales and financing targets.

  • Minimum 3 years of Sales experience in the automotive industry with a proven track record of success.
  • Expertise in relationship-based selling and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and passion for the automotive industry.
  • A top performer at your current dealership, consistently exceeding targets and looking for a new challenge.
