Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of the financing process, ensuring seamless transactions and maximum customer satisfaction.
- Provide tailored financing solutions to meet customer needs and enhance dealership profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders, ensuring competitive rates and terms for clients.
- Collaborate with Sales and Management to ensure alignment with dealership goals and efficient operations.
- Mentor and guide a team of junior finance associates to elevate department performance.

- Minimum 1 years experience in the automotive industry.
- A proven track record of consistently exceeding monthly sales and financing targets.
- Strong relationship-building skills with lenders and customers.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to deliver innovative solutions that align with business objectives.

- Collaborate closely with the Finance Manager to ensure seamless and high-value transactions.
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals while contributing to the overall success of the dealership.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years of Sales experience in the automotive industry with a proven track record of success.
- Expertise in relationship-based selling and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and passion for the automotive industry.
- A top performer at your current dealership, consistently exceeding targets and looking for a new challenge.
