Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential spaces, ensuring that all areas are hygienic and welcoming. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective time management, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Proficiency in English reading and writing is a plus, as we value communication with our diverse clientele.

Responsibilities

  • MUST be able to drive, G drivers licence with clean record.
  • MUST be able to pass Criminal Records Check.
  • Perform thorough cleaning of residential areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces.
  • Including, vacuuming, dusting, mopping.
  • Be able to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests and concerns promptly.
  • Follow established cleaning protocols to uphold hygiene standards.
  • Organize tasks efficiently to maximize productivity during each shift.

Skills

  • Proficient in English in writing and speaking: detailed house cleaning instructions for each house visit.
  • Strong cleaning skills with experience in residential cleaning preferred.
  • Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Organizational skills to maintain order in both individual jobs and team environment of each house to be cleaned.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate professionally and courteously.
  • Must be able to work with pets, some houses come with them, they too are apart of the family.

Job Types: Permanent, Part-time
