Role OverviewAs a Home Improvement Representative, you will visit homeowners in the Hamilton and Brantford area, assess home conditions, and recommend personalized solutions. You will receive full training, weekly base pay, and opportunities to earn bonuses and profit share. This is an in-person role — not remote.
Responsibilities- Conduct in-home assessments with homeowners
- Educate clients about common home wellness concerns
- Recommend and present tailored solutions
- Provide estimates and coordinate product orders
- Build client relationships through follow-up and excellent service
- Represent the Natural Purity brand in a professional, positive manner
- Weekly base pay (not commission based)
- Performance bonuses and profit-sharing
- Paid in-house training — no experience required
- Flexible work schedule
