**Job Summary**: We are a well-established cleaning service with approximately 7 years of experience. We’re seeking a responsible, reliable (you will show up when you say you will), and detail-oriented Cleaners to join our team. It is imperative that you take part in our company culture of having your co-workers backs and helping out when we need extra help. As a Cleaner, you’ll be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness consistently in both residential and office settings. Your attention to detail and strong time management skills will ensure that our clients’ homes and workplaces are consistently deep cleaned and presentable. We also require you to work occasional weekends, as we take turns on weekends to complete office spaces and real estate clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform cleaning tasks, including sanitizing, scrubbing, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, break rooms, and other common areas.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
- Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and notify the supervisor when supplies need replenishing.
- Provide excellent customer service by effectively communicating between clients and staff.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors.
- Show up punctually, maintain a positive attitude, and consistently deliver high-quality cleaning results.

**Requirements**:

- Able to provide a police check upon hiring.
- Possess a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
- Previous experience in residential and office cleaning work is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with mínimal supervision.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Physically capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 40 pounds) and standing for extended periods.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.

**Job Type**: Part-time
**Pay**: From $18.00 per hour
