The Opportunity: Dealer Operator

As a Dealer Operator, you will take full operational leadership of a Pioneer location (or division) and run it as if it were your own business — with the backing, systems, and balance sheet of a major dealer group.

This role is ideal for:

• High-performing GMs
• Senior Sales or Fixed Ops leaders ready for full P&L responsibility
• Entrepreneurial operators tired of capped pay plans and politics
• Leaders who want ownership mindset without ownership risk

Compensation & Economics

We're not going to sugar-coat this — the compensation structure is aggressive and designed for operators, not managers.

• $1,500 PAC per vehicle
• 100% gross pay plan
• You control your variable expenses
• You manage your team, pay plans, marketing, and store-level costs
• No artificial caps
• No moving goalposts
• No "corporate holdbacks" that kill motivation

Your income scales directly with your execution.

If you can run clean deals, control expenses, and drive volume and gross — the upside is substantial.

Your Responsibilities

This is an operator role, so expectations are high:

• Full P&L ownership of your location
• Hiring, training, and leading your management team
• Inventory strategy and pricing discipline
• Sales, F&I, and operational performance
• Expense control and margin management
• Customer experience and brand standards
• Compliance with all VSA and lender requirements
• Building a culture of accountability and performance

You run it like an owner — because economically, you are one.

Who We're Looking For

We are selective by design. This role is not for everyone.

You should have:

• 7+ years in automotive retail
• Proven GM, GSM, or senior leadership experience
• Strong understanding of sales, F&I, and operations
• A track record of building teams and hitting numbers
• Financial literacy and comfort managing expenses
• High integrity and zero tolerance for shortcuts
• An entrepreneurial mindset with operator discipline
