What You'll Be Leading
You'll own the full front-end sales operation:
- New & Used retail strategy
- Subprime / special finance growth
- Fleet and wholesale opportunities
- Daily sales meetings, one-on-ones, and coaching
- Pace management & KPI discipline
- Inventory, pricing & market positioning
- Lender relationships & deal structure optimization
This isn't "managing a floor" — it's architecting a high-performance sales engine.

Compensation & Perks
We're transparent about the upside because we expect real performance.
Total Compensation: $180,000 – $300,000+ per year
(Performance-driven, tied directly to store results.)

- Option to be paid as a contractor/corporation if that structure suits you better
If you deliver, the platform will support you earning at the top end of that range and beyond.
