Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Brampton, ON. The day-to-day responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, providing exceptional support to ensure customer satisfaction, and resolving issues efficiently. You will play a critical role in maintaining a positive customer experience by managing communications and delivering timely assistance across various channels.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service, addressing queries, and effectively managing customer interactions
  • Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support to foster trust and enhance service quality
  • Understanding of Customer Experience to deliver seamless and engaging support
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively and respond promptly to customer needs
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
