Operations Administrator

Reporting to the VP, Parts & Service, the Operations Administrator provides comprehensive administrative, marketing, reporting, and operational support to the Parts & Service team. This role ensures efficient coordination between departments, supports system training, assists with reporting and analytics, and supports Mazergroup with customer and community engagement initiatives.

- Minimum Grade 12; a university degree or college diploma combined with relevant experience
- Dealership experience is preferred
- Marketing knowledge and experience considered an asset
- Parts or service related experience considered an asset
- Basic accounting knowledge (AR/AP) is an asset
