Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization for our residential clients.

The successful candidate will perform thorough residential cleanings according to job type:

  • Standard Cleaning
  • Deep Cleaning
  • Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning
  • Short-Term Rental Turnovers

Clean all designated rooms and surfaces, including:

  • Kitchens: wipe appliances, counters, sinks, spot clean cabinets, clean outside of fridge/stove, etc.
  • Bathrooms: disinfect toilets, showers, tubs, mirrors, counters, sinks
  • Bedrooms/Living Areas: dust surfaces, vacuum/mop floors, tidy up
  • Entryways/Hallways: dust, clean floors, spot clean doors/light switches
  • Perform dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and general tidying

General Duties Include:

  • Notify company of any damages, issues, or client requests
  • Respect client privacy and property at all times
  • Be punctual, professional, and friendly with clients
  • Wear appropriate attire and maintain a presentable, clean appearance
  • Follow safety guidelines and basic COVID/health precautions
  • Take before/after photos if required
  • Complete and submit job checklists or reports as needed
  • Communicate promptly if running late or needing job support

This position requires strong time management skills, effective communication abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. The Cleaner will ensure that all areas are clean, tidy, and welcoming for our clients.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in residential cleaning or a similar role - 2 years minimum.
  • Strong time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
  • Own reliable transportation & equipment.
  • Must have own liability insurance.
  • Clean criminal background check.
  • Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail to ensure thorough cleaning.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English with clients and team members.
  • A background in hospitality or customer service is a plus, enhancing client interactions.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
