Mission

Under the supervision of theFinance Manager, the Data Analyst will assist the Finance department in a major organizational project by extracting, organizing, validating, and preparing data from multiple systems. This role is essential to ensure high-quality data readiness, consistency, and accuracy throughout the project period.

Your role:

  • Extract, consolidate, and prepare data from multiple systems (ERP, CRM, TMS, etc.) to support conversion and validation activities.
  • Clean, standardize, and structure datasets using advanced Excel techniques.
  • Retrieve and manipulate information from PDF documents to capture key financial or operational details.
  • Ensure all data meets required accuracy, formatting, and compliance standards.
  • Participate in data validation cycles by cross-checking information across systems.
  • Support Finance in reconciliation tasks and help identify data inconsistencies or anomalies.
  • Prepare datasets for SIT/UAT testing cycles, ensuring completeness and alignment with project requirements.
  • Learn and navigate internal financial and operational systems to support extraction and transformation needs.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and PMO teams to understand requirements and meet deadlines.
  • Communicate findings, risks, and gaps clearly to project leads and support audit or compliance activities as required.
Profil

Technical Skills

  • At least 3 years' of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Advanced Excel proficiency, including Pivot tables, VLOOKUP / LOOKUP / INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS / COUNTIFS, Data validation, conditional formatting, Text functions and data cleaning
  • Ability to work efficiently with PDF documents (extraction, conversion, reformatting).
  • Strong understanding of basic data structures (CSV, Excel, PDF).
  • Comfortable navigating multiple systems—fast learner.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized, able to manage deadlines and multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Excel (advanced formulas, pivots, data cleaning), comfortable working with PDFs, detail-oriented, and able to learn new systems quickly. No coding is required.
