At New Steel, customer experience is at the heart of everything we do. We're currently seeking a friendly, motivated, and dependable individual to join our team as a Key Holder / Cashier. The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, and confident working both independently and as part of a team. Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills are essential for thriving in our fast-paced retail environment.

While knowledge of body jewelry and piercings is an advantage, it's not required — we provide full paid training to help you succeed.

Training

We believe in setting our team members up for success. Our comprehensive training program includes hands-on in-store experience where you'll learn about our products, sales techniques, and customer service standards. You'll also receive a detailed training guide to help you along the way. Training continues until both you and management feel confident in your ability to perform all job duties effectively.

Job Description

Hours: Part time 10-15

Work Setting: In-person retail kiosk environment

Responsibilities include:

  • Opening and closing the kiosk (removing/covering the tarp and balancing the till)
  • Restocking and maintaining product displays
  • Greeting customers, answering questions, and processing sales transactions
  • Keeping the kiosk organized and clean during downtime
  • Tracking sold-out items and submitting monthly reports to management
  • Providing a positive and professional experience for every customer

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
