Position: Part-Time Sales Associate

New Steel is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Sales Associate to join our growing company This role is perfect for someone who's passionate about customer service, enjoys learning about jewelry, and wants to be part of Ontario's largest body jewelry retailer.

Your Responsibilities:

As a Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Greeting customers warmly and offering product recommendations
  • Assisting shoppers in finding the perfect jewelry for their style and needs
  • Keeping displays organized, clean, and fully stocked
  • Working together with your team to maintain an inviting store atmosphere
  • Processing transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Reporting low or sold-out items to the store manager as needed

Training & Support:

We provide comprehensive paid training, including hands-on shifts and a detailed training guide. You'll learn everything about our products, sales techniques, and customer service approach — with ongoing support to help you feel confident in your role.
