Chow Tai Fook Toronto is looking for a Sales Associate

Chow Tai Fook is seeking a dynamic and friendly Full Time Sales Associate to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and being part of a well-established, reputable brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm and welcoming greeting to all customers upon arrival.
  • Assist customers with their inquiries, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Guide guests to appropriate areas of the store, ensuring smooth traffic flow.
  • Be willing to consistently complement and update knowledge about our products
  • Manage guest queues efficiently to ensure timely and courteous service.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Positive attitude and a welcoming presence to engage with guests.
  • Mandarin and English speaking are preferred**
  • Previous retail and sales experience preferred**
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
