  • Operate and monitor SMT (Surface Mount Technology) equipment for PCB assembly.
  • Perform machine setup, adjustments, and changeovers according to production schedules.
  • Inspect components and boards to ensure placement accuracy and solder quality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve common equipment or process issues.
  • Maintain documentation and follow safety and quality standards.

What You'll Need To Get The Job Done

  • Basic knowledge of PCB assembly processes, electronic components, and ESD handling.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions.
  • Mechanical aptitude with problem-solving skills for equipment adjustments.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and follow established production procedures.
