My Fireplace is a family-run company proudly serving our community for 30 years. We provide high-quality home comfort solutions and exceptional customer service. We are looking for a motivated and professional Home Comfort Advisor to join our growing team.

Job Summary

As a Home Comfort Advisor, you will meet with homeowners to assess their needs and recommend HVAC solutions. This role is ideal for someone who excels in relationship-building, consultative sales, and achieving targets. Strong earning potential through uncapped commissions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customized home comfort solutions to new and existing customers
  • Build and maintain trusting, long-term customer relationships
  • Communicate product knowledge and recommendations clearly and professionally
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective consultative selling
  • Work flexible hours including days, evenings, and rotating weekend on-call shifts
  • Maintain organized records, manage follow-ups, and handle time effectively
  • Stay current on product offerings and participate in ongoing learning
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality customer service

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of consumer direct sales experience
  • Proven track record of sales success
  • Honest, reliable, and professional demeanour
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term relationships
  • Self-motivated and driven to exceed goals
  • Computer proficiency
  • Must pass a background and credit check
