Job Overview

Join our growing team as a Home Comfort Advisor and help homeowners make informed, comfortable and energy-efficient choices. We are an established HVAC contractor in the London area (since 1982) seeking a motivated, customer-focused sales professional to support our expanding client base. As a Home Comfort Advisor, you will meet with homeowners to assess their heating, cooling and air quality needs, recommend customized solutions and prepare quotes. This is a relationship focused in-home sales role that would be ideal for someone who is confident, trustworthy and driven to succeed. This position offers a chance to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners to evaluate their HVAC needs
  • Present equipment options, financing programs, rebates and maintenance plans
  • Manage customer relationships through effective communication and service delivery
  • Prepare detailed quotes and follow up with clients
  • Build strong relationships to maximize referrals and repeat business
  • Collaborate with installation and service teams to ensure high-quality customer experience
  • Maintain product knowledge on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, fireplaces, water heaters, boilers systems and IAQ products

Qualifications

  • Experience in HVAC, home improvement sales or in-home consulting
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to educate homeowners and simplify technical information
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to work evenings/weekends as required for homeowner appointments
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
