At Jayden's Mechanical, we are a rapidly growing HVAC company committed to delivering exceptional heating, cooling, and indoor air quality solutions for residential clients across Southwestern Ontario. We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Comfort Advisor / Outside Salesperson to join our expanding team and contribute to our continued success.

Job Description:

The Comfort Advisor is responsible for conducting in-home consultations, assessing customer needs, recommending suitable HVAC solutions, and closing sales with professionalism and care. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to confidently present product options, pricing, and financing programs. You will work closely with our installation and service teams to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Conduct in-home visits to evaluate heating, cooling, and indoor air quality needs.
  • Recommend appropriate HVAC systems and prepare accurate proposals based on company standards.
  • Present pricing, financing options, rebates, and promotional programs to customers.
  • Build trust and long-term relationships by providing exceptional customer service and timely follow-up.
  • Collaborate with installation and service teams to ensure seamless job turnover.
  • Maintain detailed lead activity, sales notes, and documentation in the CRM.
  • Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and evolving company offerings.
  • Participate in team meetings, performance reviews, and ongoing training as required.

Qualifications Include:

  • Experience in HVAC sales or a related in-home sales field is preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage a pipeline of leads.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
  • Valid G-class driver's licence with a clean driving record.
  • Technical aptitude and willingness to learn HVAC concepts.
