Required: Field Service Technician for Large Format Printers and MFPs

Ram Imaging is a leading provider of large-format printing equipment, supplies, and technical services in Toronto and the GTA. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Large Format Field Service Technician to join our team. This full-time, permanent position offers immediate start and opportunities for growth and training.

Job Summary

In this role, you will install, service, and repair wide-format printers and MFPs at client sites. The position requires strong technical skills, basic IT knowledge, and excellent communication, ensuring devices run efficiently while providing professional, customer-focused support.

Key Responsibilities

· Install, service, and repair HP DesignJet Printers, HP Latex Graphic Printers, KIP Wide Format LED MFPs, and Summa Vinyl Cutters

· Configure devices, install drivers, and integrate printers/MFPs into client networks

· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site

· Maintain detailed service records and report issues accurately

· Provide professional, customer-focused support to clients

Qualifications

· Proven experience servicing large-format or wide-format printers

· Basic I.T. and networking knowledge (driver installation, device configuration, connectivity)

· Strong communication and customer service skills

· Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage multiple service calls

· Valid Ontario driver's license and clean driver's abstract

· Knowledge of additional printer brands is an asset

Compensation & Benefits

· Salary: $50,000–$60,000 per year, based on experience and certifications

Work Schedule

· Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

· Field service visits required across Toronto and GTA
