We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team. The position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects within a collaborative environment, utilizing advanced analytics and data management techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using SQL, R, Python, and other data analysis tools
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, and Visio to communicate findings effectively
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Design and optimize databases in Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle to support analytical needs
  • Conduct business analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvements
  • Manage project lifecycle activities following SDLC principles within Agile frameworks
  • Create detailed documentation of data models, workflows, and project specifications using tools like Visio and VBA
  • Support database design initiatives ensuring data integrity and scalability
  • Utilize Bash (Unix shell) scripting for automation tasks and data processing workflows

Experience

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role with a strong portfolio of completed projects
  • Proficiency in SQL (Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle) and experience with database design principles
  • Advanced skills in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI
  • Strong programming skills in R and Python for statistical analysis and data manipulation
  • Familiarity with SDLC processes, Agile methodologies, and project management best practices
  • Knowledge of business analysis techniques to interpret data insights effectively
  • Experience working with VBA for automation purposes is a plus
  • Understanding of analytics concepts, analysis skills, and database management is essential
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $51.21-$67.45 per hour
