We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, developing insightful reports, and supporting strategic decision-making processes. This role requires proficiency in various data analysis tools and methodologies, with a focus on delivering actionable insights to enhance business performance. The position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects within a collaborative environment, utilizing advanced analytics and data management techniques.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using SQL, R, Python, and other data analysis tools
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, and Visio to communicate findings effectively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Design and optimize databases in Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle to support analytical needs
- Conduct business analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvements
- Manage project lifecycle activities following SDLC principles within Agile frameworks
- Create detailed documentation of data models, workflows, and project specifications using tools like Visio and VBA
- Support database design initiatives ensuring data integrity and scalability
- Utilize Bash (Unix shell) scripting for automation tasks and data processing workflows
Experience
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role with a strong portfolio of completed projects
- Proficiency in SQL (Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle) and experience with database design principles
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI
- Strong programming skills in R and Python for statistical analysis and data manipulation
- Familiarity with SDLC processes, Agile methodologies, and project management best practices
- Knowledge of business analysis techniques to interpret data insights effectively
- Experience working with VBA for automation purposes is a plus
- Understanding of analytics concepts, analysis skills, and database management is essential
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $51.21-$67.45 per hour
