**What you’ll do**

The Data Analyst will play a critical role on the Customer Experience & Continuous Improvement team within the Customer Service & Operations Division at Canadian Tire Bank. Using data & analytical methods, this team delivers actionable insights that helps the organization design experiences that meet the needs of our customers.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business opportunities, developing data-driven intelligence to enable process improvements ultimately adding tangible business value
- Query, extract and transform raw data from multiple data tables to conduct in-depth analysis of customer interactions across various channels
- Develop reporting dashboards to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Provide clear communication of analyses and results to key stakeholders and senior management

**What you bring**
- University degree in a quantitative discipline, Mathematics, Statistics, preferred
- 2+ years of professional work experience in a data domain
- Proven ability to program in pertinent languages including SAS and SQL to perform data analysis
- Experience with data intelligence and visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI
- Appreciation of the importance of data integrity
- Team player with strong relationship skills and a collaborative spirit
- Strong written and oral communication skills when presenting analytical results to business stakeholders
- Genuine curiosity and desire to problem solve
- Ability to manage multiple work assignments in a constantly changing business environment
- Call Centre experience and knowledge of telephony systems (an asset)

We value flexibility. We have adopted a hybrid work model whereby employees use a combination of working in office and virtually in service of outcomes. Employees are expected to work in our Contact Centre office location a minimum of 2 days a week.
