**Position Summary**

We’re currently looking to add a detail-oriented **CCTV Data QA/QC Analyst** to our growing team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and integrity of our sewer inspection data and deliverables, while also supporting project administration and coordination.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in sewer infrastructure, CCTV inspection, or municipal data reporting.
- Strong working knowledge of NASSCO PACP/LACP/MACP standards (certification preferred).
- Experience with CTSpec, or similar inspection and asset management software.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks such as filing, document control, and data entry.
- Experience working with project maps, GIS platforms, and the editing or formatting of scopes of work.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while supporting field and office teams in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **CCTV Data QA/QC**:

- Review, audit, and validate CCTV inspection data (PACP/LACP/MACP) for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with NASSCO standards.
- Analyze video footage, defect coding, and asset condition data submitted by field crews.
- Perform quality control checks on reports, videos, and GIS datasets prior to client submission.
- Provide feedback to field staff on data quality issues and support continuous improvement.
- **Project Support & Administration**:

- Organize and maintain structured filing systems for inspection reports, videos, maps, and project records (digital and physical).
- Print maps, prepare inspection packages, and assist with the creation and editing of project SOWs based on client requirements and findings.
- Assist with the coordination of report submissions, client correspondence, and internal data requests.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
