We currently have an opening for a Digital Marketing Co-op, come grow with us This is for a 4 or 8 month Co-op position starting in May 2026.

JOB OVERVIEW:

The Digital Marketing Co-op reporting to the Digital Marketing Program Manager, will assist in managing and optimizing digital marketing efforts across multiple channels. This role includes tasks such as maintaining and updating website content, supporting paid social media, and potentially working with marketing automation within the company's CRM. The student will also assist with reporting on digital marketing performance metrics and assist with any adhoc marketing tasks as needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Basic website management: Assist with basic website management, including making content edits, adding meta data, and reviewing updated web content to ensure integrations are working and brand standards are met.
  • Marketing Automation: Assist with set up of email content, reporting and tasks in the company's new Microsoft Marketing Automation platform.
  • Social Media Management: Support the optimization of existing paid social media and paid search campaigns and work on the development and execution of new paid social and search campaigns.
  • Reporting: Track and report on website and social media performance, including traffic, user engagement, and content effectiveness.
  • SharePoint Migration Project: Verifying that all content is properly transferred, links are functioning, and the site is working as expected. (if applicable)
  • Miscellaneous tasks: Help with miscellaneous digital marketing tasks as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Working towards a Diploma/Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business
  • Experience working on website back-end
  • Basic HTML and CSS knowledge
  • Experience working with PPC tools
  • Experience developing social media posts
  • Experience using Canva or similar design program
  • Strong capability in Microsoft Office software including Outlook and Word
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The hourly rate for this position is $22.15
