Role Description
This Sales Director opportunity is full-time and located in Calgary. The Sales Director is responsible for driving revenue growth, implementing strategic sales initiatives, overseeing sales operations, and identifying new business opportunities. This role includes leading and mentoring the sales team, fostering client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service to exceed targets, and supporting business development objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Sales and Sales Operations to drive revenue and streamline processes
- Exceptional skills in Customer Service to maintain and enhance client relationships
- Experience in Team Management to lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Proven ability in Business Development to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site team setting
- Previous experience in the printing, branding, or visual communications industry is an asset
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
