Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant located in North York, ON. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for supporting HR functions, including maintaining HR databases, assisting with benefits administration and Support payroll process with office manager . The role also includes managing HRIS data, supporting HR management tasks, and providing general administrative support to the HR department.

Qualifications

-Educational background in HR or related field (i.e., HR diploma or Degree)

-2 years of experience in HR

-Proficiency in computers and Microsoft Suite

-Strong understanding of HR sourcing techniques and employee relations best practices.

-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

-Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.

-Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

-Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
