Job Description:

This is a position that specializes in providing financial solutions to Canada's dynamic agriculture and agribusiness sector. On a daily basis, you will keep on top of competitive developments, environmental market trends, essential economic conditions, and regulations or policy issues governing the agriculture community. You will develop relationship management skills by assisting clients with their business plans and offering customized financial solutions that meet the needs of their individual operations.

Agriculture Services is seeking individuals interested in developing a career within the agricultural business. In this unique position, you will partner with an experienced and knowledgeable Account Manager. You will be provided with a coach and guidance as you take part in an intensive training and development program.

Job Requirements:

You are working towards an undergraduate degree in Agricultural Sciences/Agriculture business or in another discipline that's combined with experience or knowledge of the agriculture business. You demonstrate interest and ability in selling to and negotiating with agricultural clients. You are also a motivated achiever with good analytical skills and very strong interpersonal skills and have the ability to work well independently in addition to being a strong team player. Mobility is required within Prairie region.
