Key Responsibilities


• Own full project lifecycle for Commercial Card programs (e.g., new product launches, platform integrations, issuing enhancements)


• Partner with Product, Tech, Operations, Finance, Legal, AML/KYC, and vendor teams


• Define scope, requirements, business rules, use cases, and data flows; guide stakeholder analysis Manage budgets, resource plans, schedules, tests, deployments, and escalations


• Mitigate risks, control changes, and ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., FATCA, CRS, TAX, payment network rules)


• Deliver executive reports, KPIs, and maintain PMO governance standards

Mentor junior PMs and champion best practices in Agile/Waterfall/PMBOK
