Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities)

Key Responsibilities

  • Project & Program Management:
    Lead the planning, execution, and final delivery of major strategic programs involving technology, business processes, risk/policy, operations, and change management.
  • Methodology & Governance:
    Formulate project plans using a combination of Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Ensure adherence to governance and process frameworks and maintain meticulous project documentation.
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Management:
    Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, clients, and third-party vendors. Manage external vendors to ensure deliverables align with SOWs (Statements of Work) and drive alignment across multiple internal Lines of Business (LOBs).
  • Risk & Issue Management:
    Proactively identify, document, and mitigate project risks, actions, and issues (RAID logs).
  • Financial Oversight:
    Manage project budgets, track costs, and oversee resource allocation, ensuring financial objectives are met.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
    Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all projects meet banking regulations, data privacy, and financial reporting standards.
  • Communication:
    Deliver comprehensive project status reports and executive-level communications to report on milestones, dependencies, and potential risks.
