Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans
- Ensure consistent brand presence and adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing efforts
- Execute marketing and advertising initiatives on time and within budget
- Create and deliver monthly presentations to stakeholders, highlighting strategies and results
- Collaborate with Digital Specialist on planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness and performance of marketing initiatives
- Provide marketing expertise and updates to operational Associates, ensuring alignment and progress
- Oversee and manage all signage requirements, including updates and installations
- Lead, manage and attend all Resident events and sponsorships
- Manage regional social media including planning, content creation and posting
- Management of all digital assets including photos, floor plans, 3D tours, and virtual staging
- Monitor, manage and report on budgets
- Achieve organizational goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value
Experience And Educational Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business or Communications
- Minimum 2 years experience in marketing, event management, social media and digital marketing
- Content management, project management, and photography/videography experience are assets
Technical Requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- HubSpot knowledge or experience an asset
- Excellent creative writing and editing skills
Non-Technical Requirements
- Strong passion and motivation for all facets of marketing with a proactive attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable representing the company at events and in public settings
- Strong planning and organization skills with high attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional decision-making capabilities demonstrating resourcefulness and confidence
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners/suppliers
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
- Demonstrate a positive and fun attitude with enthusiasm and assertiveness
- High level of professionalism, confidence, creativity, initiative, and commitment to success
