Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, developing insightful reports, and supporting strategic decision-making processes across various departments. This role offers an opportunity to work on innovative projects utilizing advanced analytics tools and methodologies, contributing significantly to our organization's data-driven culture.

Duties

  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key business metrics.
  • Conduct comprehensive data analysis utilizing SQL, R, Python, and VBA to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams following Agile methodologies to gather requirements and deliver analytical solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including planning, execution, and delivery in accordance with SDLC principles.
  • Perform business analysis to understand operational challenges and recommend data-driven solutions.
  • Design and optimize databases using Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle, ensuring data integrity and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement database structures and design strategies for scalable data storage solutions.
  • Utilize Visio for process modeling and documentation of workflows.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, and Visio for data visualization and process documentation.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL (Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle) for querying and database management.
  • Experience with R, Python, VBA, and Bash scripting for data analysis and automation tasks.
  • Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
  • Understanding of SDLC processes for software development lifecycle management.
  • Business analysis expertise to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Database design skills for creating efficient data storage architectures.
  • Advanced analytics capabilities with a focus on data analysis skills and statistical methods.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $31.74-$44.99 per hour
