Position Summary

The Systems & Automation Specialist ensures corporate data systems are reliable, efficient, and well-integrated. This role manages daily systems administration, builds automation workflows, and supports Finance and Operations with data connections and reporting improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage system access, permissions, configurations, and integrations across ERP, HRIS, CRM, and other systems
  • Build and maintain Power Automate workflows to streamline reporting and approvals
  • Support Power BI datasets and maintain data quality
  • Troubleshoot system or data issues in coordination with IT
  • Identify opportunities to improve automation, integration, and reporting efficiency
  • Document system processes and workflows for consistency and scalability
Skills and Abilities
  • Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate, Power BI, and Excel
  • Understanding of finance and accounting concepts
  • Project management: ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage multiple initiatives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter, adaptable, and able to work independently or in a team setting
  • Service-oriented, responsive, and attentive to user needs
  • Continuous improvement mindset with technical curiosity
Qualifications
  • 2–4 years of experience in systems support, automation, or data operations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Power Automate, Power BI, and Excel
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work under limited supervision
  • Limited travel may be required
