Position Overview: This position offers the perfect opportunity for teachers to encourage a love for physics and a passion for learning. Ideal candidates currently have a full-time physics or teaching job, or they are in teacher's college or an education related field. This is an in person position in which teachers must reliably commute to our in person location in Toronto.

Qualifications:

  • Holding a bachelor's degree in Physics, Education, or a related field is required; Holding a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Teaching experiences in high school physics in a North American curriculum.
  • Ability to teach physics demonstrated during the selection process.
  • Teachers must be proficient in online teaching tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality lessons to small classes or through private tutoring.
  • Prepare lessons within guidelines.
  • Mark homework and assessments.
  • Help promote students' interests in Physics.
  • Teach a minimum of 4 hours per week.

  • Compensation: Compensation is calculated by teaching hours and prior experience.
